Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Larkiro credit packs — digital credits used for AI music generation, lyrics creation, and voice cloning. It supplements, and is consistent with, Section 2 of our End User License Agreement.

1. 14-Day, No-Questions-Asked Refund

We offer a fourteen (14) calendar day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase for credit packs. You do not need to provide a reason.

• Unused packs: If you have not used any credits from the pack, you receive a full refund.
• Used packs: If any credits from the pack have been consumed, the pack is not eligible for refund. The 14-day refund applies only to completely unused credit packs.

We stand behind Larkiro, but we understand that AI music creation may not work out for everyone. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, we'd rather make it right.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, do either of the following:

• Reply to your order confirmation email with a refund request; or
• Email us at [email protected] from the email address used at purchase, including your order number.

We typically acknowledge refund requests within one (1) business day. Please do not open chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank while a refund request is being processed — direct requests are always faster.

3. What Happens After a Refund

• Credit deduction. Upon refund, the refunded credits are deducted from your account balance. If you have already used more credits than the refundable amount, your balance may go negative — you will need to top up before generating new content.
• Refund method. The refund amount (including any taxes or VAT collected at checkout) is returned to your original payment method through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Refunds are usually issued within five (5) business days of approval; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional five to ten (5–10) business days for the funds to appear.
• Software access. The Software remains installed on your device and stays free to use. You can continue creating with any remaining credits or by purchasing new packs.

4. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Not Available

• Purchases older than 14 days. Refund requests made after the fourteen (14) calendar day window are generally not accepted, except as described in Section 5 or required by applicable consumer law.
• Fraud & chargebacks. Any account associated with a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction will have credits revoked immediately, without refund and without prior notice.
• Fully or partially consumed packs. If any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable (as the service has been partially or fully delivered).

5. Special Circumstances

• Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally purchased a credit pack more than once (e.g., due to a payment error), we will refund the duplicate order in full, even outside the 14-day window.
• Technical incompatibility. If Larkiro cannot run on your device due to a confirmed technical incompatibility that we cannot resolve, contact us and we will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis, including beyond the 14-day window where reasonable.
• Service outage. If our Cloud Service is unavailable for an extended period and you have unused credits, we may offer a refund or credit extension at our discretion.
• Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your jurisdiction, including rights relating to digital content that is defective or not as described.

6. EU / UK Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our 14-day no-questions-asked refund satisfies your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation.

• Because credit packs are delivered immediately upon purchase as digital content, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal period applies regardless of whether you have begun using the credits.
• Your statutory rights regarding digital content that does not conform to the contract (including repair, replacement, or price reduction where applicable) are not affected by this policy.
